Cancellation Policy

All Conviction Wear products are made to order.

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified once processing has started.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once production has begun.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
