Refund policy
All Conviction Wear products are made to order. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are committed to making it right through a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.
To be eligible for a resolution, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing conviction.wear25@gmail.com and include:
• Order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photo evidence of the damage or defect
Resolution type will be determined after review of the issue and available inventory.
Once reviewed and approved, Conviction Wear will provide one of the following resolutions based on the nature of the issue:
• Replacement of the item at no additional cost if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
• Refund to the original payment method if a replacement is not available or the issue cannot be resolved
• Store credit for future purchases if the customer prefers this option
Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
